The period under review recorded 26 violations in nine countries. The figure represents nearly 31% reduction in violations in relation to the preceding quarter (July- September, 2017), which recorded 34.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The violations were recorded in Guinea, Ghana, Mauritania, Nigeria, Benin, Liberia, Niger, Sierra Leone and Togo. Violations ranged from murders (3) physical attacks (9) , censorship, shutdowns, as well as arrest and detention.
